Splitting cones \u2014 high durability and versatile applications<\/h2>\r\n
\r\nThe range includes cones in \u03a650, \u03a675, \u03a6100, \u03a6120, \u03a6150 and \u03a6220<\/strong>, available as solid construction<\/strong> or with replaceable tips<\/strong>. The cones are manufactured from case-hardened steel<\/strong> (carburized), heat-treated to 62 HRC<\/strong> \u2014 file-test proof durability.\r\nPhosphate coating<\/strong> ensures anti-corrosion protection, while the special thread screws into the wood instead of cutting it \u2014 meaning zero sawdust<\/strong>, less wear and a cleaner result.\r\nAlso available are conical adapters<\/strong> (\u03a675\u2192\u03a6120, \u03a6100\u2192\u03a6150) that increase the diameter of an existing cone, as well as replacement tips<\/strong> \u2014 change only the consumable, not the entire cone.
