What It Is

Metal Cutting
with Fiber Laser

Laser cutting of sheet metal is the foundation of every modern metal fabrication. At Axinar we exclusively use fiber laser technology, which ensures minimal thermal distortion, a clean cutting edge and maximum repeatability, even across large production runs.

With three laser machines (two 3KW and one 20KW) we cover the full range of requirements: from thin sheets of 0.5mm up to 40mm steel plate. The ability to cut sheets up to 4000×2000mm means fewer joints, fewer risks and faster production.

We cut steel, stainless steel (inox), aluminium, galvanised sheet as well as copper and brass. In addition to flat sheet, we handle tube and profile laser cutting, providing complete fabrication solutions with no need for outsourcing.

    FAQ

    What is the maximum cutting thickness with laser?With the 20KW machine we cut steel up to 40mm, stainless steel up to 30mm and aluminium up to 25mm. The 3KW machines cut steel up to 20mm, stainless up to 12mm and aluminium up to 8mm.
    What file formats do you accept for laser cutting?We accept DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES and PDF. If you don’t have a technical drawing, send us a sketch or photo and we will handle the design.
    Do you also cut tubes and profiles with laser?Yes, in addition to flat sheet we cut tubes, hollow sections and profiles with laser. This allows us to produce complete parts without any outsourcing.
    What is the minimum lead time?For straightforward cutting jobs we can deliver within 2–3 working days. For more complex projects with additional processes, lead time depends on the scope of work.
    Do you handle further processing after cutting?Absolutely. Laser cutting is just the beginning. At Axinar we offer press brake bending, roll bending, CNC machining, MIG/TIG & laser welding, galvanizing and powder coating, all in-house.
