During cutting, drilling or machining of metals, sharp edges and burrs are created which affect the quality, functionality and safety of the part. Deburring is the critical process that removes these irregularities and gives the part its final surface.
At Axinar, deburring is not a stand-alone service, it is part of our integrated production process. From laser cutting through to welding and coating, every part we deliver has a finished surface, ready for use or assembly.
We take full responsibility for the finishing, processing parts in a tumble barrel, vibratory bowl or brush & abrasive belt machine, depending on the requirements of each job.

Vibratory Finishing
Batch processing of small and medium parts through vibration with abrasive media. Ideal for uniform finishing on large quantities.
Tumble Barrel
Tumble Deburring
Rotary processing in a barrel with abrasive media. Suitable for larger parts that need more aggressive burr removal.
Brush & Abrasive Belt
Brush & Belt Deburring
Machine with rotating brushes and abrasive belts for flat sheet. Ideal for laser or plasma cut parts.
