Fiber Laser 4-in-1

The GloryStar GW-H 3KW machines are not just welders — they are 4-in-1 fiber laser systems. With a single head, on the same equipment, Axinar delivers: welding, cleaning, cutting and seam cleaning.

In laser welding, the focused fiber laser beam creates deep penetration, a narrow weld bead and a minimal heat-affected zone (HAZ) — no grinding, no finishing. With a dual wire feed for gap bridging and better weld control.

Laser cleaning removes rust, oxides and surface contaminants without chemicals, without abrasion, without damaging the base material — fast and effectively.

Laser Welding vs MIG/TIG

Why fiber laser welding is the next generation in metal fabrication

Laser Welding

4–5× faster speed
Minimal thermal distortion
Visible weld with no grinding
Narrow HAZ — material properties preserved
Deep penetration in a narrow bead
Minimal consumables
+ Laser cleaning
VS

MIG / TIG

Lower speed
Greater thermal distortion
Requires grinding / finishing
Wide HAZ — material alteration
Wider weld bead
Higher consumable use
Greater material thickness (>10mm)

Why Choose Fiber Laser

Weld aesthetics

Uniform, clean weld bead requiring no grinding or finishing. Ideal for visible structures — stainless steel railings, furniture, architectural elements.

Production speed

Up to 5× faster than TIG on visible welds. Shorter lead times, lower cost per part — even for small batches.

Minimal distortion

The focused laser beam keeps the heat-affected zone (HAZ) to a minimum. No warping, no alteration of mechanical properties.

Laser cleaning

Rust, oxides and surface contaminants removed without chemicals, without abrasives — without damaging the base material. Fast, eco-friendly, effective.

Dual wire feed

The dual wire feed allows bridging of larger gaps, use of two filler alloys and better weld control on greater thicknesses.

Material savings

Fewer consumables, less waste, zero finishing required. Lower overall processing cost per part.

    FAQ

What metals do you weld with laser welding?
Laser welding at Axinar covers steel (S235, S355), stainless steel (304/316), aluminium, galvanised steel and copper. The dual wire feed allows the use of different filler alloys.
Do you also offer laser cleaning?
Yes. The GloryStar GW-H 3KW machines are 4-in-1 and in addition to welding they also perform laser cleaning — removing rust, oxides and surface contaminants without chemicals, without friction, without damaging the base material.
What is the advantage of the dual wire feed?
The dual wire feed allows bridging of larger gaps between parts, simultaneous use of two different filler alloys, better weld control on thicker materials and increased material deposition speed.
When should I choose laser welding over MIG/TIG?
Laser welding is ideal when you need a visible weld with no grinding, minimal thermal distortion, thin stainless steel or aluminium sheets, or high production speed. For very thick sections (>10mm) or heavy structural welds, MIG/MAG remains the better choice.
Is finishing required after laser welding?
In most cases, no. The fiber laser welding bead is uniform, clean and aesthetically acceptable as-is — no grinding, no finishing. This saves significant time and post-processing cost.
Do you weld stainless steel with laser?
Yes. Stainless steel welding (304/316) with fiber laser is one of our core applications. Visible weld with no colour alteration, no oxidation — ideal for railings, architectural elements, HoReCa equipment and industrial structures.
Do you weld aluminium with laser?
Yes, aluminium welding with 3KW fiber laser effectively handles the material's characteristics (high reflectivity, thermal conductivity). The dual wire feed ensures a stable weld on thicknesses up to 5mm.
