Metal Bending
A press brake is the core machine for bending metal sheets to specific angles and profiles. At Axinar we use exclusively CNC press brakes that automatically calculate the bending sequence, maintain a consistent angle and deliver maximum repeatability — even across large production runs.
The Salvagnini B3 and the Gasparini both feature an integrated laser angle measurement system that monitors every bend in real time — eliminating springback and guaranteeing ±0.1° accuracy. Every program is stored digitally for instant recall with no new setup required.
The press brake handles steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised sheet and copper. We also have an in-house guillotine shear — press brake and shear in the same facility means fast production with no inter-site transfers. Combined with our laser cutting, we offer a complete solution from flat sheet to finished part.
