    How does laser angle measurement work on the press brake?
    Laser angle measurement is a system that measures the bend angle in real time during the stroke of the punch. On the Salvagnini B3 at Axinar, laser sensors scan the surface of the part and calculate the exact bend angle. If a deviation is detected due to springback or material inconsistency, the machine adjusts the punch path automatically. This eliminates the need for test parts and guarantees ±0.1° accuracy from the first piece.
    What is the maximum thickness and bending length?
    The maximum bending length on the press brake is 4000mm (Salvagnini B3) and the maximum bending force is 350 tons (Ermaksan).
