MIG &
TIG Welding
Twelve welding stations with Fronius equipment and pulse technology. Specialised MIG and TIG welding for steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with consistent repeatability and minimal spatter.
High-Precision
Welding
MIG/TIG welding is a critical stage of every metal fabrication, the point where strength, accuracy and aesthetics of the final product are decided. At Axinar we have 12 welding stations equipped with Fronius machines, a technology that guarantees excellent weld quality on every material.
Our welders come from the field of boiler manufacturing, the second most demanding category of welding after aerospace. This means welds that withstand pressure, temperature and fatigue, even in critical applications.
We use pulse welding on steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Pulse technology controls material transfer per pulse, ensuring minimal spatter, less thermal distortion and a uniform, clean weld without splatter and bumps.
MIG vs TIG
MIG
Fast welding with automatic wire feed. Ideal for production work, greater thicknesses and long weld lengths.
- High production speed
- Suitable for steel & aluminium
- Pulse operation for zero spatter
- Ideal for heavy structures & frames
- Shorter time per metre of weld
TIG
Precision welding with a tungsten electrode. The cleanest method, delivering an aesthetically flawless weld with no spatter.
- Exceptional weld quality & aesthetics
- Zero spatter (spatter-free)
- Ideal for inox & aluminium
- Thin parts with no distortion
- Critical applications (pressure, food)
