Available Payment Methods
1. Credit / Debit Card
We accept the following cards:
All card transactions are carried out via a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system and in cooperation with a trusted payment service provider. Your card details are not stored in our systems and are transmitted in encrypted form.
Your card is charged at the moment the order is confirmed.
2. Bank Transfer
You can make a deposit into the following bank accounts:

Important: After making the deposit, please send the proof of deposit via email to accounting@axinar.com, indicating your order number. Processing of your order begins after confirmation of the deposit by our accounting department.
3. PayPal
You can pay using your PayPal account. The charge is applied immediately upon order confirmation.
4. Prepayment by Bank Transfer for Custom Builds
For orders involving custom builds or high-value products, an advance payment of 30%–50% of the total order value is required. The exact advance amount is determined on a case-by-case basis and is communicated to you before the order is finalised.
The balance can be settled using any of the above payment methods.
5. Klarna
We now also accept payments via Klarna, offering you more flexibility in how you pay:
- Pay Now: Pay immediately by bank transfer or card.
- Pay in 30 days: Buy now and pay later, with no additional charges.
- Pay in instalments: Split the total amount into 3 equal interest-free instalments.

Invoicing
1. Retail Receipts
A retail sales receipt is issued for all orders, unless an invoice is requested.
2. Invoices
If you would like an invoice to be issued, please fill in the required details in the order form:
- Business Name
- Registered Address
- VAT Number
- Tax Office
- Profession / Activity
Transaction Security
Secure payments: All electronic transactions are carried out via a secure SSL connection with 256-bit encryption. Transaction security is ensured by our partner banks and certified payment service providers.
We do not store sensitive card details (card number, CVV/CVC, PIN code) in our systems.
Special Cases
1. Corporate Customers
For corporate customers with regular orders, we offer credit facilities by agreement. For more information, please contact our sales department at sales@axinar.com.
2. Large Orders
For high-value orders, a special payment schedule can be arranged. Please contact us for more information.
Changes to Payment Methods
We reserve the right to modify, add or remove payment methods without prior notice. The currently available payment methods are always those presented on this page.
