Ways of Support:

Axinar’s photovoltaic system support methods include three basic methods, which ensure stability, strength and adaptability to the needs of each project:

1.Hammered-in:
•Suitable for systems with foundation in non-rocky ground.
•Ideal for medium and large-scale projects.
•Offers the most economical and fastest installation method of all
•Ensures long-term stability of the structure.

2.Concrete Foundation:
•Specialized solution for rocky, unstable or loose soils.
•Provides excellent stability in demanding soil conditions.
•Guarantees the safety of the installation in the long term.
•Possibility of special base design for special project requirements.

3.Ballasted Systems:
•A modern method of support based on the use of boxes with stones or other inert materials.
•Ideal for temporary projects where permanent interventions are not allowed.
•It offers the possibility of moving and repositioning the installation.
•Very fast and economical installation (especially for small and medium projects).

4.On Plates:
•Ideal for areas where soil conservation is prohibited or not recommended (e.g. protected areas, rocky soils).
•Very good stability due to mechanical bonding with concrete.
•Easier dismantling and transport (not permanent installation).
•Possibility of prefabrication for even faster installation in the project.

The selection of the appropriate method is based on the detailed evaluation of the soil characteristics resulting from the geological study, the site characteristics and the specific requirements of each project, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of the installation.
