Mount Advantages
Our systems are designed in-house at the Axinar engineering department, to strict mechanical and manufacturing specifications ensuring maximum performance on every installation.
Clamps
Panels are secured in an upright position using a power tool, ensuring fast placement and firm retention.
Wind Load
Wind force is applied at 1/4 of the length, perpendicular to the surface. The rear pile is co-axial, providing maximum resistance.
Purlins
Purlins join at each pile with back plates, creating a high-stiffness node that effectively manages dynamic wind loads.
Purlin Cross-Section
The G-profile purlin places mass at maximum bending stress points, improving the utilisation factor over the conventional C-section.
Cut Hypotenuse
The cut hypotenuse reduces blind spots during assembly, while rounded edges ensure user safety.
Robotic Cleaning
The system mounts on tables up to 80 metres long, allowing cleaning robots to maintain output at peak levels.
