High efficiency with Axinar burners

Axinar manufactures analogue burners with an internal screw to feed the pellet into the combustion chamber, with no blocking at the end. The feed screws are seamless stainless steel, so as to achieve minimum noise and uninterrupted pellet flow into the burner, while the mouthpiece and combustion chamber are made of high temperature resistant stainless steel, which significantly extends their service life.

Pellet burners have a ceramic resistance, which develops a temperature of 1200°C and achieves ignition in less than 45 seconds – up to four times faster than the metal resistance. They are also equipped with a powerful EDM-papst motor, which continuously delivers high-efficiency air, so that continuous combustion is achieved without hindrance. The 75kW and above burners are additionally equipped with an automatic sliding piston mechanical orifice cleaning system, in addition to the standard air cleaning.

In addition, they have extremely easy and user-friendly software, specially designed by Axinar to check the correct operation of the burner, which also informs the user when to call a technician for annual maintenance. Another innovation incorporated by Axinar is the use of Wi-Fi technology for remote control of the burner via an app on a tablet or smartphone.
