Profile cutting is a fundamental operation in every metal fabrication — from industrial frames to mechanical components. At Axinar we use the Kaltenbach 380NA automatic band saw, designed for accurate and reliable cutting of metal profiles, tubes and solid bars.
The automatic material feed ensures consistent length accuracy even across large cutting series. Every piece comes out identical — no manual measuring, no human error. Ideal for series production where repeatability is critical.
We cut steel, stainless steel (inox), aluminium and copper — in IPE, HEA, HEB, UPN profiles, angles, tubes (round and square), flat bars and solid rods. Combined with laser cutting, press brake and welding, we handle complete fabrications from start to finish.

Programme the length and quantity — the machine cuts autonomously. Zero downtime between cuts.
Long Cutting Lengths
With multiple strokes we cut material up to 4590mm — no secondary cutting required.
