Automated burr removal, edge rounding, grinding and surface finishing. Uniform results on every part, even in large production runs.

Powder coating in a dedicated spray booth and polymerisation oven. RAL colours, matt/satin/gloss finish, UV and corrosion resistance.

Hot-dip galvanizing for maximum anti-corrosion protection. Ideal for outdoor structures, photovoltaic systems, agricultural equipment and industrial parts.

Cutting of tubes, hollow sections and solid profiles with fiber laser and band saw. Mitre cuts, cope shapes and holes — high repeatability in small and large runs.
