to the Environment
Reduction of CO₂ Emissions
Every photovoltaic mounting system we build supports panels that produce clean energy for decades. According to the IEA, every GW of installed photovoltaic capacity prevents ~1.5 million tonnes of CO₂ per year.
In Greece, with an average grid emission factor of ~260 g CO₂/kWh and 1,700+ hours of sunshine, every MW of photovoltaics avoids ~350–400 tonnes of CO₂/year. Our mounting systems support thousands of MW across the country.
Metal Recycling
Scrap management is a strategic priority. Every offcut from laser cutting, press brake and CNC is collected, sorted by alloy and sent to certified recycling partners.
Recycling steel saves ~74% of the energy of primary production, while aluminium reaches ~95%. Less extraction, fewer emissions, less waste.
Growth
in Northern Greece
AXINAR, with 25 years of steady presence in the Oraiokastro Industrial Area, started as a small family workshop and has grown into one of the most modern metal fabrication facilities in Northern Greece.
Today we employ 50 people and export our know-how to Italy, France, Spain, Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom and South Africa.
Every project of ours creates ripple benefits: partnerships with local suppliers, support for regional employment and reinforcement of the productive fabric of Macedonia.
