CNC milling at Axinar covers milling, drilling, threading and finishing in a single setup. We use a Haas VF-2 vertical machining centre — a 3-axis, 40-taper mill with a 22.4 kW (30 HP) spindle and automatic 20+1 tool changer.
Consistent repeatability of ±0.02mm means every part comes out identical — whether it is a prototype or a production run. We achieve an excellent surface finish of Ra 0.8 that reduces or eliminates the need for secondary finishing.
We machine steel, stainless (inox), aluminium, copper and brass as well as engineering polymers. Combined with laser cutting, press brake and roll bending, we handle complete assemblies — from drawing to finished part.
