Metal Fabrication
Axinar is one of the few facilities in Greece offering fully vertically integrated production of metal fabrications. From the first cut of the sheet to the finished product — everything happens in-house, at our factory in Thessaloniki.
This means every metal fabrication passes through one pair of hands: ours. No subcontracting, no transferring semi-finished parts to other workshops, no loss of time or control. Our clients receive a finished product — packaged, inspected and certified.

From Idea to Finished Product

Design & Engineering
We analyse your requirements and create technical drawings in 3D CAD. If you already have a drawing, we review it for manufacturing optimisation.
Cutting
Fiber laser 3KW & 20KW for sheet metal (steel, stainless, aluminium) up to 40mm. Kaltenbach 380H saw for profiles and solid materials.
Deburring
Automatic removal of burrs and oxides after cutting. Clean edges, ready for forming or coating — with no manual finishing required.
Forming
7-axis press brake (Salvagnini), 4-roll bending (DAVI), bending — every forming operation happens here.
CNC Machining
HAAS VF2 4-axis machining centre and HAAS ST-15Y lathe for milling, turning and precision machining to ±0.05mm.
Welding & Assembly
12 Fronius pulse stations (steel, stainless, aluminium) + 2 dual-wire 3KW laser welding units. Stud welding and pem press. Assembly of complete products.
Coating
Electrostatic powder coating in our own paint shop (under construction). Pre-treatment, powder or liquid coating — final finish with no external subcontracting.
Inspection & Delivery
Dimensional inspection per part and per lot. Material certificates, QC reports. We deliver a finished product — ready for installation or resale.
