Efficient, high-performance heating solutions from Axinar — pellet boilers and wood boilers combining output, economy and eco-friendly operation.

Complete and reliable heating solutions

Pellet and wood heating is an efficient, environmentally friendly and cost-effective choice for every type of residential or commercial space. Axinar’s new-generation boilers deliver high energy efficiency, long autonomy and ease of use, tailored to each user’s needs.

The complete PelletWork system includes the Pelit boiler, Apoplim or Tsovea burner, the external Auger feed screw and the Abar pellet tank — a full solution for continuous and automatic fuel supply. For even greater convenience, the Calos is a fully autonomous all-in-one pellet unit, ideal for simple installation with no additional components.

The BM, BM-e and Peskon wood boilers cover every need — from residential installations to large commercial buildings — with robust construction, high efficiency and a long service life.

Frequently asked questions about biomass boilers

How do we choose the boiler output?
From floor area, insulation and climate zone, not floor area alone. The same house needs clearly less output as a well insulated new build than as an old building with no insulation. The Axinar range covers 8 to 250 kW, from a small apartment to an industrial space. Send us the details of the building and we will propose a model. Oversizing is not a safety margin, it leads to poor combustion and higher fuel use.
Which fuel is the most economical?
The energy per kilo is known: wood pellets 4.7 kWh/kg, dry firewood 3.9 to 4.2 kWh/kg, heating oil 10 kWh/litre, natural gas 10.5 kWh/m³. The real question is cost per kWh, which varies by region and season. Pellets cost up to 50% less than heating oil, with a more stable price and automatic operation. Logs work out cheaper if you have your own supply, at the cost of manual loading.
    Does it need frequent maintenance?
It depends on the fuel. Wood boilers are loaded manually, typically every 6 to 12 hours depending on capacity and demand, and the ash box of 34 litres and up is typically emptied once a week. Pellet boilers handle feeding, ignition and cleaning automatically, so in practice you deal with refilling the tank and removing ash. In both cases internal cleaning is designed to be quick.
    Can it burn different materials?
It burns biomass, meaning pellets, firewood or biochar, depending on the model and burner. Wood boilers take firewood below 20% moisture, pellet boilers take ENplus grade pellets. It is not an incinerator: painted or treated wood, chipboard, plastics and household waste release very little energy and damage the combustion chamber and the flue.
    What is biomass?
Biomass is fuel of plant origin, in heating mainly pellets, firewood and biochar. It is considered a renewable source because the CO₂ released in combustion is the CO₂ the plant absorbed as it grew. A biomass boiler converts it into hot water for central heating. Axinar biomass boilers meet EN 303-5 Class 5, the highest class, with 90 to 95% efficiency and very low CO and dust emissions.
