PV Mounting Systems
Greek manufacturer of PV mounting systems for ground, flat roofs, tiled roofs, vertical agrivoltaics and carports. Designed for durability, fast installation and maximum yield.
Choosing an Axinar PV mounting system is designed together with the rest of the installation, not just the mounting structures in isolation.
A solar panel mounting system is not one product, it is six systems separated by the mounting surface and the loads. Whether you are looking for ground mounting structures for a field, or panel brackets for a flat roof, a tiled roof or sheet metal, the difference is settled by the structural report and the corrosion protection of the steel, not by the catalogue photo.
Choose Your Installation Type
Axinar PV mounting systems cover every installation type.

The mounting surface sets the type, the environment sets the steel protection and the loads set the section. All six systems side by side.
| System | Surface | Steel | Tilt angle | Fixing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ground mounts, Axisol | Open land | S350GD with Magnelis | Fixed, optimal per zone | Piles, single or double |
| Flat roof mounts, Terrasol | Concrete slab, flat roof | S320GD | 5°–35°, adjustable | Bolted to the slab or ballasted |
| Tiled roof mounts, Roolf | Roof tiles, metal roof | S320GD | The pitch of the roof | Hooks on the batten or clamps on the sheet |
| Vertical mounts | Farmland under cultivation | S320GD with Magnelis | Vertical, east to west | Piles |
| Agrivoltaics East West | Farmland under cultivation | S350 with Magnelis | 10°, dual orientation | Piles |
| Carport | Parking, yard | S420GD | Shallow, single or dual pitch | Concrete foundation |
The surface comes first
The question does not start from the system, it starts from what the mount stands on. On tiles the fixing reaches the timber batten, on sheet metal it clamps without piercing, on a concrete slab it is either bolted or ballasted, on open land it is driven piles. The surface alone rules out half the options.
Then the steel protection
Hot-dip galvanizing to EN ISO 1461 for roofs and flat roofs, Magnelis protection where the mount sits in soil and moisture. In coastal or livestock environments the corrosion class rises and the coating thickness rises with it.
Watertightness is decided by the method
Every penetration through an insulated roof is a point that will be inspected ten years from now. Where piercing is not allowed, on a leased or protected roof, ballasted mounting settles it with weight instead of a bolt, sized to the local wind pressure.
The structural report is not an extra
Wind load to EN 1991-1-4, snow load to EN 1991-1-3 and seismic action to EN 1998, with the national annexes that apply. Every project ships with a report signed by an engineer, because the loads inland are not the loads on the coast.
Every mount we produce contributes to the region's energy transition.

Mount Advantages
Our systems are designed in-house at the Axinar engineering department, to strict mechanical and manufacturing specifications ensuring maximum performance on every installation.
Clamps
Panels are secured in an upright position using a power tool, ensuring fast placement and firm retention.
Wind Load
Wind force is applied at 1/4 of the length, perpendicular to the surface. The rear pile is co-axial, providing maximum resistance.
Purlins
Purlins join at each pile with back plates, creating a high-stiffness node that effectively manages dynamic wind loads.
Purlin Cross-Section
The G-profile purlin places mass at maximum bending stress points, improving the utilisation factor over the conventional C-section.
Cut Hypotenuse
The cut hypotenuse reduces blind spots during assembly, while rounded edges ensure user safety.
Robotic Cleaning
The system mounts on tables up to 80 metres long, allowing cleaning robots to maintain output at peak levels.
PV Mounting System Installations
From ground mount to rooftop and carport, every installation designed for maximum yield and durability.
