At Axinar we are not just manufacturers — we are design partners. We take on projects from scratch: a technical drawing or a description is enough to get started. Our team transforms an idea into a technical drawing, 3D model and sheet unfold — ready for production.

We use TopSolid CAD/CAM for full 3D modelling and automatic machining programming, AutoCAD for 2D drafting, and specialist software (ArtCAD, Delem, LiveLoula, Salvagnini) for laser, press brake and CNC programming.

The key advantage: design and production under one roof. Every drawing is optimised from the outset for our machines — less material, fewer processes, lower cost. Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is not a buzzword — it is daily practice.

    What file formats do you accept for fabrication?
    We accept drawings in DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, PDF and SLDPRT. Our team handles production optimisation, 3D modelling and sheet unfolding.
    What CAD/CAM software do you use?
    We use TopSolid CAD/CAM for 3D modelling and machining programming, AutoCAD for 2D drafting, and specialist software: ArtCAD, Delem, LiveLoula and Salvagnini for laser, press brake and CNC programming.
    Do you manufacture metal fabrication prototypes?
    Yes. We manufacture prototypes in-house — from laser cutting to press brake, welding and finishing. The prototype is approved by you before serial production begins.
    Can you optimise an existing design to reduce costs?
    Yes. We analyse the existing design and propose changes to reduce costs, simplify production or improve strength — without altering functionality.
    How much does mechanical design cost?
    It depends on complexity. For simple parts, design is included in the production cost. For complex projects, it is quoted separately after assessment. Request a quote.
    How quickly can I receive a metal fabrication prototype?
    For simple parts, 3–5 working days. For complex fabrications it depends on the number of processes and components. In all cases we provide a clear timeline before starting.
