Technical capabilities, machine by machine

The list an engineer actually wants before sending files: what each machine is, what it can hold, and where the envelope ends. Everything below is in one plant, except hot-dip galvanizing.

Short answer

Axinar operates three fiber lasers up to 20 kW cutting steel to 40 mm, four CNC press brakes to 350 t and 4,000 mm, a DAVI 4-roll plate roll to 12 mm, twelve Fronius welding stations, Haas milling and turning centres, and an in-house powder coating line, all in one plant in Greece.

Frequently asked questions

What is the largest part you can make?

Cutting and bending are limited to 4,000 mm in one piece, plate rolling to 2,200 mm wide, and hot-dip galvanizing at the partner plant to 8 m and 600 kg. Larger structures are built as welded assemblies from those elements, which is normal for frames and skids.

What is the thickest material you cut?

Mild steel up to 40 mm on the 20 kW fiber laser. For stainless and aluminium the practical maximum is lower and depends on the edge quality required, so send the drawing and we confirm.

What tolerances can you hold?

Laser cutting ±0.1 mm, bend angle ±0.1° with laser angle measurement, CNC milling ±0.02 mm positioning. On welded assemblies the achievable tolerance depends on the structure and the fixture, which is why critical features are machined after welding.

Are you certified?

ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, with CE marking on our own products. Inspection and serial-number traceability are part of the production process, not an extra service.

Do you have spare capacity for a new customer?

Yes, and the plant is expanding: a new 4,800 m² factory on a 24,000 m² site is under way, a €7,000,000 investment designed to be self-sufficient in water and electricity.

Can you handle both the metal parts and the finished product?

We do both. Beyond parts, we are the manufacturing partner of a leading Austrian pellet-heating brand and export complete boilers, and we design and build our own Pelletwork heating range from 20 to 150 kW and AxiSol solar mounting systems.

Send your files, get a real quotation

Upload STEP or DXF files, tell us material, thickness, finish and quantity, and our engineers return a quotation with manufacturability notes. If a small change to a bend radius or a hole position saves you money, we tell you before you order.

Every enquiry is covered by an NDA from the first file.
