Axinar manufactures custom metal parts from customer STEP, DXF, DWG and PDF files at its plant in Greece. Fiber laser cutting to 40 mm, CNC bending to 4,000 mm, welding, CNC machining, powder coating and assembly happen under one roof, from a single prototype to ongoing series production, with delivery across the European Union.
One supplier from CAD file to packed part
Most buyers arrive with the same problem. There is a folder of STEP and DXF files, a bill of materials, a quantity, and a date the parts have to be on a production line. What they do not want is to split that folder between a cutting shop, a bending shop, a welder and a coater, and then own every gap between them.
Axinar manufactures the whole part. Fiber laser cutting, CNC press brake bending, plate rolling, MIG, TIG and laser welding, CNC milling and turning, deburring, powder coating and assembly all happen inside one plant near Thessaloniki, Greece, with hot-dip galvanizing at a certified partner. Ninety percent of what we produce is exported, most of it to customers who never visit the factory and judge us only by what arrives on the pallet.
We work to your drawing, your tolerances and your packaging specification. Where a drawing is ambiguous, we ask before we cut. Where a feature is expensive for no functional reason, we say so in the quotation, with the cheaper alternative next to it.

A 3D file plus a dimensioned PDF is the fastest combination to quote. The 3D file gives us the geometry without ambiguity, the PDF tells us which dimensions are critical and which are not.

RFQ and NDA
You send files, quantities and target dates. An NDA covers your data from the first message, before any technical discussion.
DFM review and quote
Engineers check bend radii, tool access, weld access, nesting efficiency and finish, then quote per part and per batch.
First article
For new parts we make a prototype or first-article batch, inspect it and send the report for your approval before series.
Series and delivery
CAM programs and nesting are archived, so the second order runs without a new setup. Export packing, delivery across the EU.

A quotation is fast when the package is complete
Six lines of information turn a folder of geometry into a firm price and a firm date. If something is still open, send the files anyway and mark it as open, we will quote the options side by side.
- Geometry, STEP or DXF, plus a dimensioned PDF where tolerances matter
- Material and grade, for example S235JR, DX51D+Z275, AISI 304 2B, EN AW-5754
- Thickness per part, and whether the drawing thickness is nominal or finished
- Quantity, per delivery and per year, because nesting and setup follow the batch
- Surface finish, raw, deburred, powder coated to a RAL number, or hot-dip galvanized
- Delivery, address, incoterm, packing requirement and the date the line needs parts
Frequently asked questions
Can you quote from a DXF alone?
Yes for a flat part, as long as the file carries a single closed contour per part and you tell us material and thickness. What a DXF cannot carry is tolerance intent, so if a hole pattern has to fit a bought-in component, send a PDF with that dimension marked, or a STEP file of the mating part.
What is the minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum piece count. One-off parts, first articles and prototypes are normal work here, they run on the same machines as series production. What changes with quantity is the price per piece, because programming, nesting and setup are spread over the batch.
How long does a quotation take?
For a straightforward part list, one to two working days. For assemblies that need a DFM review, a weld sequence or a bought-in component, we come back with questions first and then quote, which usually means three to four working days.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, and we prefer to sign before the first file arrives. Send yours or ask for ours. Drawings, CAM programs and inspection data stay with the project and are never shown as reference work without written permission.
Can you hold tooling and programs for repeat orders?
Yes. Nesting files, bend programs, welding fixtures and CAM programs are archived per part number and revision. A repeat order goes straight to the machine, which is why the second delivery is usually faster than the first.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We export to customers across the European Union, with Italy, Germany, Austria and the Balkans as the most frequent destinations. Parts leave on export packing, on pallets or in crates built for the part, with your labelling if you specify it.
